This website
- Analytics. Only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies record which pages are visited, so the practice knows which pages help patients. No advertising, no tracking on other sites. If you decline, nothing is recorded.
- Consultation form. Your name, WhatsApp number and the topic you choose are sent by email to the clinic only, so the clinic can contact you about that request.
- Site assistant. It runs in your browser. What you type is not stored or sent. If you accepted analytics, only whether a question was answered is counted, never its text.
Instagram replies
When you comment a keyword on a post by @dr.vincentelkhoury, or message the account, an automated system using Instagram’s official API receives your Instagram user ID, username, the comment or message text, and whether you follow the account. It uses them only to reply and send the link you asked for.
This information is deleted automatically within 14 days. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Conversations that need a person are answered by the clinic in Instagram.
Deleting your information
Ask by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram message, and it will be deleted. Instagram-reply data is already deleted within 14 days without a request.
